Rottnest Island is an increasingly popular destination for weddings and receptions. With an Anglican and Catholic Church on the Island, as well as an array of beautiful outdoor locations at which to celebrate a ceremony, Rottnest Island is in high demand from September to April as a wedding venue.
A permit is required if you are conducting your ceremony or a photo session in any location apart from the Rottnest Chapel, Holy Trinity Church or licensed venue.
Some of the states most beautiful beaches can also be found on Rottnest Island so don’t just limit yourself to the more popular locations.
If planning a Rottnest wedding, please note that transport and accommodation costs may be charged on top of the set charges for performing the ceremony.
